Each plate is secured with two safety pins in a tongue-and-groove style connection, preventing rattling or accidental plate movement.

The square designs prevents rolling, ideal for exercises like renegade rows where stability is essential.

Adjustment is quick and simple, and takes less than 10 seconds. Just loosen the knurled screw about 2 cm, then add or remove plates. No need for full disassembly, unlike classic dumbbells.

2. What secures the plates so they don’t rattle or fall out?

The tongue-and-groove system with dual pins locks plates in place. No shake, no rattle, just the same stability as classic dumbbells.

3. What plate increments are available for these dumbbells?

The 20 kg QUAD includes eight 2 kg plates and two 1 kg plates per dumbbell. This allows adjustments in 2 kg steps, ranging from 4 kg to 20 kg.
