Dual Cable Pulleys

• At the core of this Multi-Function Smith Machine is a dual cable pulley system, with ball-bearing pulleys for smooth, consistent movement in every exercise.
• 1:1 ratio transfers the full loaded resistance directly to the pulleys, allowing precise progression with fine weight adjustments.
• Use both cable pulleys independently for movements such as cable flys, biceps curls, triceps pushdowns, rear delt flys, lateral raises, and Pallof presses.
• Or connect both sides with the included dual pull bar for lat pulldowns, seated rows, cable deadlifts, and cable squats.
• Each guide pulley adjusts vertically across 17 laser-engraved height settings, so you can set the right start position for every movement.
