- Versatile grip and training options:
- Space-saving and affordable
- All you need on top is two single-hand grips and you can replicate countless grip widths
- On each side of the Multihook Bar (depending on the version) there are 8 or 12 holes for attaching carabiners
- If you use swivel carabiners with a rotation function, you can even take advantage of different grip angles - whether supinated, pronated or parallel
Different versions and ways of using it:
- We offer this multifunctional tool in two versions
- Both are made of 1 cm thick rust-free stainless steel and built using the same high-precision laser-based manufacturing processes
- Large version: 76 cm long and 13 cm tall
- Smaller version: 53 cm long and 12 cm tall
- Both can be used not only as described above, but also the other way around
- With dual pulleys whose cable carriages are at most as far apart as the Multihook Bars are long, you can clip the two carabiners into the holes of the Multihook Bar
- The middle hole on the opposite side now hangs down. From there you can attach any grip you like - for example, a triceps rope, a triceps bar or a wide lat pulldown handle
- With minimal effort, you've turned the 1:2 ratio of your dual pulleys into a 1:1 ratio, and you can now train with heavier weights
