Suitable for 50 mm Weight Plates
- The landmine mounts to the lower section of your R7 Rack, and thanks to its compact size you won't find it in the way
- The sleeve has a diameter of 52 mm and a length of 24 cm
- One of the two ends is fixed inside the rotational trainer and is therefore immobile
- The other end can then be used for partially guided movements, such as T-Bar Rows or Shoulder Presses
- Rotational core exercises are also possible with this small attachment
- Thanks to the fixed mount, explosive lifts like single-arm Clean & Jerks can be performed especially safely, as bar slippage is impossible
- If needed, a second landmine can be added so that bilateral exercises can be performed
- It is also possible to buy matching handles for the free-moving end of the bar, available in different widths and angles
- This way you can constantly set new training stimuli and keep your workouts varied
