The sleeves are 50 mm in diameter and 10 cm long, fitting all standard plates. Load them to the max for heavy training.

Made from Class 30 spheroidal graphite cast iron—also used in automotive parts. Our Iron Plates deliver maximum strength and corrosion resistance. Their slim profile lets you load more, and the rounded edges are easy on your hands. They’re available in classic black with silver weight markings for easy identification.
5. Is the L1 Adjustable Dumbbell Bar a good alternative to a full fixed dumbbell set?
