Set up is quite simple. Leg curl and leg extension functions are good. I still can't adjust the setting for the lower back area. The instructions for the device aren't very helpful.

Incredible price-performance ratio. The machine delivers exactly the quality you expect. Works perfectly as a leg extension, leg curl, and leg curl while lying down. Great build quality and a really nice device. You definitely won't be disappointed. Approximately 3x20kg bumper plates fit on the mount. If you are very strong, you will have to switch to narrower metal plates. If you have very long lower legs, you may not be able to use the machine because your heel will hit the frame at the bottom. It is a bit small, but OK. Clear purchase recommendation!

Atletica seated leg curl and extension works very well. Several 20mm discs fit on it. the base is a bit crappy at the bottom and it takes practice to get past it when stretching your legs without hitting it with your feet. The problem is more for people over 1.85m. Lying leg curl works really well but because of the backrest it's more problematic for taller people under 1.80m. For me this device is irreplaceable - 3 leg exercises in one. I would definitely recommend it to people with little space and limited budget. For me the device is great.

After a lot of research and comparison, we (my wife and I) finally decided to equip our new home gym with products from ATLETICA. What convinced us above all was the super quality and appearance (definitely "studio quality") and the great advice on site in the Mainz brand store. All of our wishes were taken into account and we were able to get an idea of everything or even try it out. After about 2 months of almost daily use, we can only say that we have no regrets and can now finally train at studio level at home! The multi-trainer is really well made and easy to set up. Thanks to the reference in another review to a (more expensive, but almost identical) competitor product, I first became aware of the possibilities that the multi-trainer offers. Atletica should definitely improve this with photos or videos for the exercise options. What I also missed was a description of the settings for the various exercises. But I found the material for that in the competitor's product too. I must say, though, that Atletica offered me support here via video call. Overall, we are very impressed with Atletica products and already have some in our home gym. Another suggestion for improvement: The possibility of comparing products for the racks would be a dream

SOLID!!! Yes, this is a leg trainer that deserves the name! There are a few competing products out there, but you often hear that the weight distribution is bad. They squeak or fall over. Only one product comes close to this one and that is the almost identical device from Maxxus. However, the Maxxus device is often sold out quickly and costs 200 or 100€ more than this product. I love this trainer and can only recommend it! Not only is it solid but it also runs smoothly and smoothly. No squeaking or falling over! But what impresses me most is the variety. With leg curls in particular, you have the option of doing them sitting or lying down. Tips I can give are: When doing back exercises, put the leg blocker in so that you don't go too far back. If you want to do more exercises with such a machine, take a look at Matt Rosenman (Youtube). He has 1-2 videos with further practical training units.
